On August 21st afternoon, “The Summit Forum of Yunhou Global Purchase• Commercial Internet of Hunan in 2015 + Entrepreneurship and Innovation” was opened after the award ceremony of ten influential commercial man of Hunan. This forum focused discussion about the theme of “Re-imagination of Internet and Hunan Commerce”. The president of BBG Group Wang Tian gave a speech on “Internet and Yunhou Will Influence the Future of Commerce”. YeePay CEO Tang Bin gave a speech on "The Opportunities and Challenges in the Unknown Zone of Internet under the New Normal Economy". Both of them brought a deep discussion about “Internet+” combined with the current economic hot spots.

   The following is Wang Tian’s speech record:
   Although BBG was a engaged in supermarket business 20 years ago , today I am here to share with you some ideas about entrepreneurship on Internet. Perhaps in Hunan it is just a start of a wave of heat. But BBG is very fortunate to catch this wave of heat.

    Maybe we all know that on many public occasions I used to reject on the Internet, mainly for that I thought Alibaba, the representative enterprise of Internet retails and B2C, in fact showed an unequal competition between the real economy and the Internet business. But the Internet retailing is so capricious and develops so barbarically that a lot share of real economy has been absorbed by it. Then I figured out that I could cooperate with it instead of fighting against it, since the state has greatly supported the development of the Internet. Why do not we adapt to this trend?

    In 2013 we hunted for a team from Alibaba, and so far the main teams of BBG Yunhou net are mainly from Alibaba and some from the First Shop and Jingdong. On December 26th, 2013 BBG Mall was born. But after half a year it was far away from my ideal Internet retail B2C. In the beginning we just put things online to sell, finding that it still could not meet the needs of customers in the C end.

    After communicating with Internet team, we needed to do a larger change, to make it “BBG”. What we made on-line was called BBG Mall, with lots of things according to our traditional ideas.

    In June 2014 we began to develop Yunhou net, which had no BBG genes. The only gene was about supply chain while all others were de-BBG. In 2014 our country developed cross-border e-commerce. Although Changsha didn’t belong to five experimental cities, our team seized this opportunity. Actually cross-border e-commerce provides a window of duty-free shops with limitation for online retailers. That is to say, each user can on the online platform purchase products which used to be bought overseas within 500 dollars per time. We privately call the policy initiated by our state as duty-free shops with limitation.

    We have just seized this opportunity. So from the fourth quarter of last year to now, I myself have been in foreign countries more than half the time. I was not on a sightseeing tour there, so what did I do there? I talked over with factories, duty-free shops, farms, and even those offshore fishing companies. I selected and purchased fresh beef, mutton, milk, seafood, other agricultural products and even cherished water treasure from foreign farms and pastures back to China to meet customers’ needs of imported products. To July, our average number of orders has stabilized in 7000. BBG used to develop our real retails in seven southwestern provinces, which we called selecting and purchasing from the whole country and selling to the whole country. Now BBG Yunhou net is open to global market and every day we have orders. Among our online customers, orders outside Hunan have risen more than 60%, including Xinjiang, Tibet, Qinghai. So now we are selecting and purchasing globally and selling to national market. And now we all know two very important trends of capital market have occurred in China's Internet and real retails, that is, the marriage of Alibaba and Suning, and the marriage of Jingdong and Yonghui, another one of our colleagues. We have tried it with Dangdang.

    There used to be a hot term called O2O. I have been always saying that O2O is a term for online business and is about online trades, while offline companies are for logistics and escort services. I have also said in some cases that O2O destines to develop not too far, since meat is for online business and bone for offline companies.

    What I have proposed is O + O. In fact, two major trends in the capital markets have proved that the combination of online and offline part is the representative of the business combination in future. So we are vigorously pursuing combination of the online and offline parts. At present when Internet wave is coming, how to do this well? Although we are recruits in the field of Internet, we are willing to learn and cooperate with numerous domestic and foreign enterprises owning online traffic and resources. We believe that as long as we serve end C and customers sincerely, the world will get better and better. Thank you all!
