   The combination of online and offline parts and direct purchase are the profound combination of the O + O mode and the update of supply chain in retail industry. ----by the chairman of BBG company and Yunhou net

   Yunhou fresh food cooperated with Da Cheng Fisheries and set up fresh food bases of directly supplying.

   From 2015, BBG started its O + O mode of globally direct purchasing. The “monkey King” Wang Tian led the purchasing team for business investigation to Australia and New Zealand , which are located in the southern hemisphere, and then set up the first fresh food base of direct purchasing. After that, the fresh food purchasing channel was developed in the United States, Japan, and France and so on. This time, however, they turned their eyes to their "neighbor", Vietnam.

   From June 22th to now, BBG’s O + O team of joint purchasing has flown to Vietnam from GMT+8 area to GMT+7 area to look for the Asian freshwater fish----cabasa, which is the only popular Asian freshwater fish sought after by European and American countries. The team was led by Xu Fei, the director of Yunhou fresh food department and it included Xie Yong, the manager of Yunhou fresh food purchasing department, Guo Biao, the director of fresh food purchasing department in BBG hyper-mart’s business department, He Kun, the manager of fresh food purchasing department in BBG hyper-mart’s business department.

    BBG joined hand with three Vietnam’s fishery companies and established cabasa base of direct purchasing.

    From primitive ecology way of cabasa fries’ breeding to the refining way of cabasa feeding management, and then to 9 sorts of cabasa craftsmanship, from the southernmost city Can Tho to the northernmost city Ho Chi Minh, BBG’s team of joint purchasing fresh food inspected the most representative breeding base of cabasa. Then it cooperated with the 3 largest fishery companies named Can Tho, Da Cheng and Hung Vuong and set up cabasa base of direct purchasing.

    The combination of O+O of direct purchase is the update of purchasing and consuming mode in new retail industry.

    Such a joint purchase benefits to consumers of all ages. Compared to the past, there seems to be an age gap between online and offline consumers. There is a rumor that those online products which are favored by the young are not suitable to offline consumption. In order to break the traditional consumption concept on O2O mode, Wang and his globally direct purchasing team began to explore a completely new O+O combination mode of direct purchasing.

    The O+O combination mode of direct purchasing is able to break through the products in scale and number and it can omit much more intermediate steps to lower the cost. The products purchased directly by BBG are no other than combining the advantages so that we can feed the saving cost back to its customers to the greatest extent. In addition, it has set extremely strict rules on products’ quality and the process of production. For example, it is because the Hung Vuong Corporation in Vietnam has the qualification of QS certificate granted by EU that we want to cooperate with it. 

    “So far, BBG’s O+O combination of direct purchasing has been put into practice in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, and Vietnam. Next we are going to conduct the mode in European and American countries,” introduced by Li Xichun, the CEO of BBG Yunhou net, “Yunhou Global Purchase has gained a lot of championship from selling mom-baby products to international makeups. And then, we are about to release our own special platform named Yunhou fresh products to sell fresh products, in which the top food material around the world will also appeal in about October. Chinese customer will access to all of these products by the unique O + O mode of commodity purchasing.
