On August 31st morning, “Signing Ceremony of Strategic Cooperation on Building Korean Department between Korea-China Association for Friendly Exchange and BBG Investment Group” was grandly hold in the conference room of international business communication platform in Changsha’s high-tech zone. It was attended by Mo Yiping, the executive deputy director of Changsha’s high-tech zone, Li Weimin, the director of Foreign Science and Technology Exchange Center of Administrative Committee in Changsha’s high-tech zone and deputy director of Merchants, Quan Fujiong, the chairman of Korea-China Association for Friendly Exchange, representative Chi Xiurong, the chief director of Beijing Branch of Korea-China Association for Friendly Exchange and Luan Shun, the general manager of comprehensive business division in BBG.

More than a hundred unique brands will enter Korean Department.
As a semi-official organization under Korea Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Korea-China Association for Friendly Exchange aims to promote the commercial cooperation and corporate communications between Korea and China. In the ceremony the general manager Luan Shun focused on the introduction to the light spot of ten specialties in the BBG•Meixi XINTIANDI Project.
Chairman Quan Fujiong gave a high praise to “Perfection Project”, saying that the government greatly supports the policy of cross-border e-commerce and that the combination of the experience street of cross-border e-commerce and shopping mall in Meixi is a very good way. Since most employers in the association have worded as executives in large enterprises, the association will screen products through their resources and the promotion of Korean Government. According to the plan more than 100 enterprises will enter Korean Department. More advanced and more exquisite products including cosmetics, clothing, children’s appliance and boutique will also be introduced for the orientation of Meixi XINTIANDI.

In addition to products, Korean stars will be invited to join activities of cultural exchange, establish fans clubs, present traditional dances and set up beauty salons for creating a best model of China-Korea cooperation in middle district together.
The Landmark Cooperation Project in High-tech District
Mo Yiping said that more than 10,000 enterprises were located in high-tech zone in Changsha and that the income of enterprises in Lugu was 220 billion RMB with 20% increase in the first half year. What is next to do is to further the development of industry and service, including the development of commercial trade and the international orientation. Therefore this cooperation is a landmark project.
Off-line experience stores of cross-border e-commerce, State department, direct sell center of international products, import car trade, international service and so on, all of these on Meixi Street are aimed to provide customers multiple experiences of “cross-border e-commerce and direct sell of international products”.
The establishment of communal high-tech bonded warehouses in Changsha has been approved.
Located in BBG•Meixi XINTIANDI of Changsha, the communal high-tech bonded warehouses are being constructed. “Store in front and warehouse behind” will be the special competing advantage of Meixi cross-border e-commerce Experience Street. And a better quality, a more attracting price, a more convenient logistics and a more scandalized environment will provide enterprises and customers a perfect service.
In addition to bonded warehouses, as the first national demonstration base of O+O cross-border e-commerce, Meixi Street has set up some mating facilities like work building. Besides, departments like CIQ will enter bonded warehouses to provide one-stop service and green pass of cross-border e-commerce.
In the nation of “State Department”, Meixi cross-border e-commerce Experience Street will cooperate with governments to help excellent brands oversea and more international enterprises enter Hunan market and create experience center of specialties from different countries and regions.
This time Korea-China Association for Friendly Exchange will invite powerful Korean enterprises (not limited in clothing, foods, catering, digital electronics, entertainment and culture) to enter Korea Department, which will show a Korea world of excellence and fashion.
Since the China-Korea Free Trade Agreement has been signed, it has showed an obvious benefit to both Chinese and Korean economy, which must bring new energy to their development. Being China’s neighboring country, Korea is closely related to “Belt and Road” Initiative. Korea’s active participation in this initiative is beneficial to sustainable Korean economic development.
