in 1995, incorporated formally in
December,2003, headquartered in Chairman
Mao's hometown - the city of Xiangtan in
Hunan Province, listed on the ShenZhen Stock
Exchange on June 19th,2008 with Stock Code
00251,known as “The First Chinese Private
Store Stock ”,and was rewarded as “Top ten
small and medium-sized companies leading the
industry sub-board” in 2009.
BBG holding companies and subsidiaries
based on the small and medium-sized cities,
to open intensive, multi-format and
cross-regional model of development to
provide retail services to consumers. The
company has invested RMB 300 million to
build modern D.C center radiated in south,
southwest and east regional market of China,
realized the new system upgrade for supply
and purchasing, established the status of
leading industry of retail chain enterprise
in Hunan province, and was included in Top
30 enterprises of national chain operations.
At present , the company has stores
throughout the Hunan province and entered
into Jiangxi province strategically. As of
October 2009, the company hold 129 stores,
providing 48000 jobs.
As an outstanding corporate citizen,
BBG actively participates in
community service and charity events, and
has donated funds and in-kind support worth
more than RMB 60 Million to local charity
and welfare organizations over the past 14
years. Mr. WangTian, chairman of board,
donated RMB 100 million one time to China
GuanCai Program (that is one sort of charity
organization with mission to eradicate
poverty and accelerate the economic
development of poor areas.), BBG donated RMB
30 million to rescue the disaster and fight
the freezing , and RMB 10 million to
earthquake-stricken of WenChuan area in
2008, Mr. WangTian and his wife Mrs Zhang
HaiXia donated RMB 300 million to China
GuanCai Program to rebuilt XiangTan WanLou
pavilion (that is symbol ancient building of
XiangTan history) in person .
